Commercial Buildings Open:  12 noon to 10 p.m. Exhibit Building Open: 10:00 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Outside Vendors/Concession Open: 12 noon to 12 a.m.
Carnival Open: 12 noon to 12 midnight
Rat Farm Roundup Bar Open: 12 noon to 12 midnight
